The portfolio companies of the Great Point investment team have completed dozens of mergers and acquisitions. We are highly focused on maximizing value for shareholders during the merger and acquisition process. We assist our portfolio companies in developing a strategy for sale, we spend time preparing associated materials, and we create introductions to potential buyers through our network of industry relationships. We also help our portfolio companies to select the perfect merger and acquisition advisory firm or to directly identify and approach the most logical strategic buyers. Additionally, we play a lead role in negotiating terms and documents so that management can remain focused on growing their business.
